I was born and raised in New York state. I served in the Army first in a medical unit, then with the Military Police. I then finished college and got my teaching certificate. I have been teaching for 25 years and I have a wife and an autistic son with learning issues. I have real world as well as personal experience with all kinds of learners. My wife is a therapist who works with children and adults. I live in Port Jefferson, New York.
My Bachelor’s Degree is from Saint Joseph’s College. I have a Masters degree from Hofstra University in Math, Science and Technology. I am an Army Veteran and a former soccer coach for 10 seasons at Saint Joseph’s.
In my career I have taught every grade from Kindergarten to 6th Grade. Most of my experience has been at the elementary school level. I am currently a 5th grade teacher in Hicksville New York. My philosophy is that you must reach each child differently because learning is not one size fits all. We all learn in our own way. I pride myself in being able to find that way.
Our teachers generally ask for FIFTY dollars a session. Everyone here works for the best interests of the student and will work with you in this area.
